• You need help picking out the best paint colors for your home.

• You have a renovation or remodeling project coming up and your contractor needs you to select the finishes, but you don’t know what to pick out to make it cohesive - you’re overwhelmed, don’t want to make mistakes you’ll regret (and have to live with)

• You’re moving into a new home and need help deciding where to place your existing furniture, rugs, artwork, and decor.

• You need help planning a new living room, bedroom, basement, or open-concept furniture layout, and placement for your artwork, lamps, and home decor items.

• You want to meet at your local Kitchen & Bath designer showroom to select the kitchen counter top(s) for both the perimeter and island, the backsplash tile and grout color, the cabinet style, finishes and color(s), so the result will be cohesive and timeless.

• You’re purchasing new furniture for your home and want a professional opinion to ensure you’re making the best selections.

• You don’t know what your home needs, but you know it needs help - you’d love an expert to come in, analyze each room, and tell you ways to improve your spaces.

What’s included?

• Free 20-minute discovery phone call to discuss needs, top priorities, and preferences

• Service is scheduled at least 1 week in advance (we offer 1 x Designer for the Day each week and the popular service books up, so reserve your spot soon!)

• One day, in-person, focused consultation with Owner/Designer Lisa Jensen (2 to 5 hour collaboration) in your home, and/or at local home stores and showrooms.

• Your choice: your collaboration with Lisa can be the full 5 hours, or if you need to return to work, you can meet for 2 hours and let Lisa handle the rest on her own

• Your day may include a few of the following, depending on your project needs/priorities:

  • Review shared Pinterest Boards/Inspiration together

  • Tour of your home/specific room

  • Discussion/professional analysis of the space

  • Measurement of the space

  • Floor plan and layout ideas

  • Rough sketches of your space

  • Paint color and finish selection(s)

  • Furniture and decor selection(s)

  • Lighting selection(s)

  • Accessory styling

  • Shop together at your preferred local showrooms, retail stores, and/or online

  • Visit a furniture showroom to select furniture and upholstery

  • Source tile, flooring, counter tops, carpet, etc. at our top favorite local showrooms

  • Visit local kitchen/bath designer showroom to select the best fixtures and cabinetry for your home’s remodel, renovation, or new construction project.

• Working lunch break on us!

• Up to 2 hours round-trip travel between our Newburyport studio and the residence

• All travel expenses included

DESIGNER FOR THE DAY

On location, we’ll offer tailored recommendations, review options together, and help you make clear design decisions on the spot.
